  • Identify common migration scenarios and tools in finance and operations apps.
  • Work with the Bring your own database (BYOD) feature.
  • Identify relevant (legacy) systems.
  • Identify and import static data that is common between industries.
  • Create and review test plans for data migration.
  • Identify and extract source data.
  • Identify relevant data entities and elements.
  • Generate field mapping between source and target data structures.
  • Perform a test migration and validate output.
  • Support the transition between the existing and migrated systems.

  1. 财务全模块：总账、应收应付、固定资产、成本核算、预算、税务、合并报表、多会计准则、集团财务架构，能设计多法人 / 多币种 / 多账套顶层模型；
  2. 供应链 & 制造核心：库存管理、采购、销售、主计划 MRP/MPS、生产工单、车间管理、WMS / 高级仓储、质量管理、委外加工，精通 BOM / 工艺路线、库存维度设计；
  3. 零售 / 商业 Commerce：门店 POS、电商渠道、会员、全渠道订单履约；
  4. 行业纵深：制造、分销、零售、设备服务至少 1 个垂直行业完整端到端业务流程，能做流程差距分析、业务重构设计Microsoft Learn；
  5. 核心能力：不只是会配置，能判断标准功能是否满足业务、缺口用二开 / 低代码 / 第三方 ISV 哪种方案成本最低。

2. D365 CE 客户互动（CRM）熟练精通

销售、客户服务、现场服务、营销、客户数据 CDP 全实体模型、业务流程、统一客户 360 视图；

能清晰划分ERP 主数据 vs CRM 主数据边界，设计客户、产品、订单全域主数据治理方案。

  • 普通功能顾问：单模块熟练，只会配置；

二、平台 & 低代码技术：高级深度掌握（架构级而非开发级）

三、云、集成与部署架构：专家级统筹能力

  1. Azure 云配套栈 Azure AD、安全权限、Key Vault、Logic Apps、Dataverse、Azure Data Factory、Fabric 数据湖，懂 D365 云租户、环境规划（开发 / 测试 / UAT / 生产）、容量扩容、灾备、SLA 设计；
  2. 全域集成架构设计 精通标准集成模式：OData、数据实体、双写（Dual-write）、虚拟实体、逻辑应用、第三方中间件； 能设计 D365 与 MES、WMS、OA、HR、旧 ERP、外部电商系统的集成拓扑，权衡实时 / 批量同步、数据一致性、延迟、维护成本；

  2. 企业级蓝图输出 业务流程图、系统边界图、主数据模型、集成架构图、安全权限矩阵、项目实施路线图、风险缓释方案；
  3. 合规、安全、治理 数据脱敏、审计日志、角色分层权限、行业合规（财税、制造质检、隐私法规）、租户治理、数据生命周期管理；

必备前置（中级助理认证打底）
